If you have completed and are using a a 7 Strata and a One-Page Strategic Plan (OPSP) with Scaling Up, there is no need to re-create the wheel in the Core Strategy Canvas. You already have everything you need.

When scoring growth opportunities on the Growth Strategy Canvas, simple make the following substitutions:

Core Strategy = Purpose + Brand Promises + What (Products and Services)

Core Market = Who/Were (Core Customers)

Core Differentiation = X-Factor + Brand Promise Guarantee + Differentiating Activities (3-5 Hows)

Core Goals = BHAG (10-25 Year Goal), Key Thrusts/Capabilities (3-5 year Priorities), or 1Key Initiatives (1 Year Priorities), (depending on where you want your focus to be).

Additionally, the work on Strengths and Weaknesses in the OPSP and Strengths, Weaknesses, Trends (SWT) Worksheet provides value similar to the Core Balance Sheet.
