The Core Strategy Canvas is a tool to help you define your core strategy by answering four simple questions: Who are you and what do you do? Who are your ideal target customers? Why do you win and why do your customers come back? Why are the key goals for your company?
The Core Balance Sheet is a tool to help you document the Tangible and Intangible Assets your company has that you can leverage to grow, and the Tangible and Intangible Liabilities you may have to deal with or overcome.
